Also is their a Safari Zone or will it be some different zone (Jungle Zone?) and will there only be one or will there be multiple zones? And will it be limited by steps like the games or will you be more forgiving and only limit us by the zone balls?

Both of these are alternative evolutions similar to the Oddish evolution tree.

Not really, but even if it were a fossil, not a main fossil, but a normal fossil found underground by using the means that they have in past games, then we could have more then the main fossils.
